General Sales Information
Office Hours
Office hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. until 5:00 p.m.
Orders
To insure delivery on your scheduled day, orders must be placed by 10:00 a.m.
on the last working day prior to delivery
Minimum Orders
Orders of $500.00 or more will be delivered by our truck on our regular delivery
schedule. Orders less than the minimum will be shipped by our truck with a $50.00
delivery charge. Fuel surcharges will be added to all deliveries. Orders less than
$100.00 will be shipped UPS or common carrier at the customers expense.
We do not ship UPS-COD orders. Minimum wholesale charge sale is $100.00
New Customers
Unless credit has been established, orders will be shipped COD. A credit application
is available on request. We will process your application as quickly as possible and
notify you in writing of credit approval.

All inquires and questions regarding billing and payment should be directed to
our Montgomery office.
